A few years ago, the Simma host family modernised the hotel whilst preserving the 19th-century main building. The tranquillity, the fresh air, the scent of Swiss stone pine and natural materials contribute to a restful night’s sleep in the ten spacious rooms and the two junior suites. As for the cuisine, the delicious food is regionally down-to-earth and refined at the same time. Naturally, the majority of the ingredients are regionally sourced. The restaurant and the sun terrace are ideal for indulging and relaxing.
