Historic farmsteads and magic herbs
At the Holdamoos nature park, young visitors can explore many wondrous and fascinating things: stories about the high-lying ancient farmstead used during summer when the cattle was driven up the mountains, about fire-making or the dark cheese cellar. In the herbal garden, you will learn about which herbs (curative plants) help soothe a bee sting, which will make you strong as an ox, and which taste deliciously on a slice of bread. Then the party crosses the funny wobbly bridge back to the mysterious hazelnut site.
Thursdays from mid-July to late August.
Meet: 9:30 at the church in Au-Rehmen
Register by 16:00 on the previous day at the local tourist office, call +43(0)5515 2288
